| Set in 240 acres of lush grazing with bridleways with little vehicular traffic stretching for miles into the Cheshire countryside, New House Farm Livery Yard is designed to accommodate all types of horses and owners, offering comprehensive, modern stabling and livery facilities |

Facilities include:- a newly built livery stable block to house thirty two horses, four tack and feed rooms. There is a 40m x 40m all-weather outdoor arena with jumping facilities There is also 20m x 40m outdoor all-weather arena, which can be booked for private lessons etc.. There is also an indoor arena. We also have a new horse walker for convenience, |
| As well as D.I.Y. liveries, we offer a fully
comprehensive livery service, to the highest standards, of equine care and
stable management. A choice of bedding is offered and feeding is to agreed
requirements. Stables are thoroughly mucked out in the morning and
regularly checked during the day. Daily basic or thorough grooming
services are available, we also have a solarium and hot
shower facilities for your horse. Also all year turnouts. Parking facilities for trailers and horseboxes. |

For the comfort and convenience of owners, there is a self contained and heated rest area, with T.V., microwave, hot and cold drink and snack machines, toilets and wash facilities. |
